Having grown exhausted of the dreaded home workout, I was looking for a new approach to bringing movement back into my life. Semi-private training has kept me accountable, and it's been a unique training method that I don't think I would experience anywhere else.
There's a social aspect to this training approach that I've grown to enjoy, not only does it aid in my accountability, but brings a community aspect the sessions. It's this sense of shared commitment that has kept me on track and brought an element of joy back into my fitness journey.
My overall strength has improved tremendously, It's hard to imagine what my fitness routine would look like without the option of semi-private training.
