SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Our most accessible personal training option. Get personal training benefits at a fraction of the cost with semi-private sessions. Join as an individual, share a trainer with up to 2 other people, enjoy all the benefits of working one-to-one with the social perks of group fitness—individual support meets community vibes.
