I had an extremely positive training experience with Rob, who gave me the knowledge and confidence to do weight-lifting exercises I never knew I had in me.
Rob takes the time to get to know his clients, and because of that learns how best to support them in reaching their goals. Not only was he very encouraging and pushed me towards hitting my weight-lifting goals, but he also took the time to have conversations on the foundations, proper diet, different muscle functions etc. so that I could fully understand the impact of my training. I felt supported every step of my training journey and knew I could always reach out to Rob with any questions or clarification.
