Our youth performance groups are designed to level up your kid’s game and improve their overall athleticism. Each class is structured to work on developing the pillars of their fitness like strength, stamina, and flexibility to keep them strong, durable and competive for the season. Open to all levels. Ages 13-15yrs.

This small group is about building fitness with confidence. Classes are tailored to suit gym-goers of all levels, from beginners to intermediates who are looking to be more proficient with exercises involving free weights, barbells, and open space. We keep your form tight and the vibe loose, ensuring you enjoy every class while getting the most out of your workout!
